Microsoft Teams Experienced an Outage

Many users around the globe started experiencing issues with Microsoft Teams this morning. These issues were prevalent in some parts of Europe and Asia.

Soon after users started complaining about them not being able to access Teams, Microsoft published a tweet acknowledging the issue and that they’re working to fix it.

A few hours after the issue first occurred, Microsoft patched the issue and brought the service back up.

Issues Experienced by Microsoft Teams Users

This outage caused many users to only see the error code 401 and nothing else on the Teams web version. Users on other platforms had issues sending messages to their channels and other users.
